We want every homeowner who reaches out to Veteransgods Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, a good first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Veteransgods Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in Washington that regulates pest control.
Email contact@veteransgods.property and tell us:
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
